Model 2115

Customers rely on DIT-MCO International wiring analyzers for wiring testing solutions. This system, designed for smaller test applications, easily fits in your fabrication department, test department or, with ruggedized enclosure, can be field deployable.
The Model 2115’s compact size makes it the ideal choice for many benchtop or portable test applications. The small size does not mean you sacrifice any functionality. The 2115 delivers a full 1500 volt isolation and 2 amp continuity test stimulus. With the optional AC breakdown test providing 1000 VAC test stimulus, you will meet all test requirements. |
The heart of the system is the Master Switching Console (MSC) which contains all of the control and instrumentation electronics as well as up to 1000 test points of Series 17B switching. This single chassis is an entire test system. If you need more test points, you can add Expansion Switching Units (ESUs) up to 1000 test points per unit. The system expands to a total of 15,000 test points.
Each MSU and ESU fits into a standard rack mount enclosure. For applications requiring larger test systems, you may mount the MSU and ESU chassis into a larger cabinet. This provides a centralized test interface and protects the interconnect cables between the units. Select from several standard enclosures or request a customized solution to meet your requirements.
Model 2135 - Gains MIL-STD 810F certification
Created by the U.S. government and approved for use by all departments and agencies of the Department of Defense, MIL-STD-810F test procedures measure a products reliability and performance in extreme environments.
The perfect tester for field use is rugged, mobile, and lightweight, without sacrificing the functionality and power of a larger system. That tester is found in the Model 2135. Weighing less than 30 pounds, this wiring analyzer handles up to 300 test points of Series 19 switching per unit. Expansion units give you additional flexibility in field testing. The 2135 can be powered from any AC source 100-240 VAC so you can use it anywhere in the world.
The Model 2135 provides tests for insulation, isolation and hipot. With programmable stimulus from 0.225 up to 1000 volts and 2 amps, you’ll meet your test specifications.
The Model 2135 includes a convenient strap for carrying or you can take this tester on the road with the optional battery cart. With a battery life of over 4 hours (system only), field testing in remote areas just got easier. The small size allows you to take this system into the cockpit, on a submarine, or any tight quarters where other testers are restricted.
The Model 2135 is protected by a carbon fiber enclosure that is nearly indestructible. The electronics are also shock mounted for additional protection from field use.
Combine the 2135 with a standard or ruggedized notebook computer and you have a full test system. The same test files developed for the 2135 will run on a large DIT-MCO tester as well.
