Customers rely on DIT-MCO International wiring analyzers for wiring testing solutions. For larger test point counts, you can use multiple switching cabinets with one control console. The standard control cabinet provides support for three (3) external switching cabinets or 30,000 test points. Add additional switching cabinets using optional I/O expansion panels for up to 100,000 test points. The switching cabinet’s size makes it easy to move between departments, test sites or form boards. |
Model 2505

Customers rely on DIT-MCO International wiring analyzers for wiring testing solutions. The Model 2505 provides up to 5,000 test points in a compact, roll-around configuration. The standard configuration includes the Single Board Comparator but can include the optional Digital Capacitance System (DCS-III) for greater accuracy.
The 500 point switching modules mount into both sides of the system maximizing the available space. This configuration supports up to 5,000 test points. A slave switching cabinet of the same dimensions is also available with an additional 5,000 test points.
The computer and printer sit on top of the cabinet. The instrumentation is located in the Terminal Selector Comparator assembly. The Model 2505 also houses up to two Latching Matrix (LM) or External Energization (EE) units, each replacing two-switch modules. |
The CPU can be rack mounted and a metal enclosure used for the computer monitor for severe environments such as hangar or flight line applications. It is also ideal for work environments where you can not use table mounted computer assemblies.
Model 2508-High Density Switching

Customers rely on DIT-MCO International wiring analyzers for wiring testing solutions. The Model 2508 utilized DIT-MCO's "high density" switching module to minimize footprint. Each switching module supports 2,000 test points which are mounted on both sides of the cabinet to maximum density.
The 2508 configurations include a single cabine with either internal or external switching. You can select from two 2508 internal switching configurations: a single bay cabinet for up to 8,000 test points or a double bay cabinet for up to 20,000 test points. Since instrumentation options may reduce the amount of space for switching, you can add a bay to support those options. |
The Model 2508 offers many interfacing options. The high density switching module holds 20 Series 17 switching boards. For dedicated applications where the test system attaches to an interface fixture or a single product, you can connect your adapter cables directly to the interface connectors on the card.
For applications where you frequently change the interface cabling, we offer a selection of interface panels utilizing either the standard 100-pin screw jack connector or the ZIF series of connectors. You can also request customized interface panels.
