The WAC T3/E3 card is a clear channel PCI card with a T3/E3 interface designed for sustained line rate capture. The WAC PCI T1/E1 is a high-performance, multi-port WAN PCI card that supports full-duplex capture. The WAC PCMCIA T1/E1 is a Type 2 PCMCIA card that fits in any laptop or portable computer with PCMCIA support. It captures at line rate full-duplex T1/E1 speeds.
- Wireless
For wireless packet capture, OmniPeek requires the installation of a special driver corresponding to the supported wireless network adapter. WildPackets has tested Marvell-based, Atheros-based and Intel Centrino 3945-based cards for wireless capture. Other wireless cards may work with this version to the same degree that they worked in prior versions; however, these cards are not recommended.
